Privacy notice

Short version: we keep the least we can, we never sell it, and you can delete all of it in one click.

What we keep

• Your email address, the only thing that identifies you; there is no name field for the parent. It is used to sign you in with a code and to send the readiness report at the end of the trial and receipts for payments.
• A nickname for each child, their exam date, exam type and the pronoun you choose. No real name, surname, date of birth, school or photograph is ever asked for, and the nickname can be anything you like.
• Practice records: which questions were answered, how long each took, lessons, notebook entries, vocabulary progress, pieces of writing and their marks, and any scripture passages you paste in.
• Billing: payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. We keep a Stripe customer reference and the status of your plan.

Automatic marking

Written answers, pieces of writing and parent coaching requests are sent to our marking provider (currently Anthropic) to be marked or answered. The text sent is the answer itself plus the question and mark scheme; no names are sent. Under the provider's business terms it is not used to train their models. If we change provider, this page will be updated first. Daily limits for these requests are set in the parent tower.

Where it lives

Records are stored with Supabase (hosted in the EU, London region where available) and the site runs on Vercel. A copy of the current child's record is kept in the browser so practice continues when the internet drops; it syncs when the connection returns.

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies. The only data kept in your browser is the sign-in token and the practice copy described above.

Your rights

You can export or delete every record from the Account page, or by emailing hello@11plusmocker.co.uk. Deleting your account removes your family, your children's records and your email from our systems within 30 days; Stripe keeps payment records for the period the law requires.

Children

The account belongs to a parent or carer. Children do not sign up, give an email, or see any advertising. The parent tower is protected by a PIN that you choose.
