Plain terms for a plain product.

The service

11+ Mocker is a practice and parent reporting service for the 11+ examinations. Questions are produced by our own question engine from mark schemes and patterns used in 11+ papers; written work is marked automatically against a mark scheme or rubric, and a child can mark against the same scheme when automatic marking is unavailable. Scores and readiness lights are an estimate to guide practice. They are not a prediction or a guarantee of any examination result.

Trial and payment

• The first five days are free and need no card. After that, timed practice, mocks and marking pause until a plan is chosen. The parent tower stays readable.
• Monthly family plans are £12 a month for the first child and £5 a month for each extra child, never more than £27 a month in total, for up to nine children in one family, billed in advance and cancellable at any time from the Account page. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current month runs to its end.
• The season pass is a single payment of £39 for each child, up to nine children, for four months. When you move to it from a monthly or group plan, it starts when the month already paid for ends. A child added later is covered until the same end date.
• Moving from a season pass to a monthly or group plan sets the plan up straight away, and the first payment is taken when the pass ends. Moving between monthly and group plans takes effect at once, with the current month adjusted for the days left.
• The schools and groups plan is for schools, tutors and clubs, not for a single family. They pay £3 a child a month for ten or more children on one account, billed monthly in advance; the number of children can be changed from the billing page at any time.
• Payments are not refundable. When you start a plan or add a child, you ask for the service to start straight away and agree that the 14-day cancellation period ends once it has started. Cancelling stops future charges.
• Prices include VAT where it applies. If a payment fails you have seven days to update your card before practice pauses.

Your account

One account per parent or carer. Keep the sign-in email and the tower PIN to yourself. Each child's record belongs to your account and can be deleted by you at any time.

Fair use

Marking and coaching requests have daily limits that you can lower in the parent tower. The service is for your own family's use, not for resale or for a tutoring business without our written agreement.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service up and the questions correct, and you can report any question from inside the app. We are not liable for examination outcomes or for loss arising from downtime. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

Changes

If the terms or prices change we will email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
